Our Cab Franc is typically a favorite of our wine club. It is grown in our organic Rennie Vineyard along the entrance to our tasting room. We have enjoyed making it and this our 13th straight vintage. To the Cabernet Franc 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot were added to increase complexity and richness for a pleasing result. The wine was aged for 19 months in Bordeaux barrels. It won a Gold Medal at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition. Cheers!

  2. Edward:

Thanks for the additional details. The result is indeed pleasing and worthy of the nomination for Organic Wine of the Year! http://www.organicwinereview.com/organic-wine-of-the-year/

    Sincerely,
