Volker Eisele Napa Valley Gemini 2007 white wine blend is 70% sémillon and 30% sauvignon blanc from their certified organic estate vineyards in Chiles Valley. This wine delivers melon, fig and both orange and cherry blossom on the nose. It delivers an unusual and fascinating experience in the mouth: the sémillon weighs tongue down and then the sauvignon blanc cuts right through the middle.

    Note Chiles Valley is actually cooler than Napa Valley and the vintage is 2007, not 2008 – we misspoke. Thanks to Alexander Eisele for correcting our mistake!
