Morgan Chardonnay 2007 is from certified organic Double L Vineyards in Monterey County. This is not a cheap chard; rather one well-suited for a special occasion. On the nose: silky elegance of pear, oak, apple and even some lime. Exudes light whipped yet creamy butter. All is well in balance in this wine. Tremendous length with a gorgeous finish, punctuated by nice acidity. A chardonnay that feeds the soul and makes you hungry at the same time.
