Would have liked some more information on the producer and the wine such as: how long in bio dynamics, altitude of the vineyard, style of wine e.g. oaked or not etc.
Urs:
Here’s some more details . . .
Jack Rabbit Hill is a 70-acre farm located on Redlands Mesa, near Hotchkiss, Colorado. Jack Rabbit Hill makes wines from 22 acres of certified-biodynamic vineyards. Jack Rabbit Hill is also home to the Peak Spirits distillery, makers of Caprock organic gin and vodka. It also has 20 acres of pasture with small families of cattle, sheep, and chickens, and 12 acres of protected wildlife habitat.
Jack Rabbit Hill has been USDA-certified organic since it’s first planting in 2000. In 2006 they began using Biodynamic practices and in June 2008 were Demeter Biodynamic® certified.
