We’re off to Chile to visit Emiliana Vineyards in the Casablanca Valley. Natura Chardonnay 2009 is from organically grown and certified grapes. An enticing and inviting tropical nose of pineapple and mangowith some creaminess – but it’s not oaky. It makes us want to sit down with a plate of peaches and get busy. Fruit is balanced with present acidity there – it would go great with ceviche. Nice finish and round mouth feel. Not overdone and not overoaked. 90 Points.
