   Francisco Gabaldón, the exclusive winemaker for Bodegas Iranzo, is also the Director of the most prestigious School of Enology in Spain (Escuela de Viticultura y Enología de Requena).
   Francisco “Paco” is quite possibly one of Spain’s most knowledgeable persons on the subject of wine ….. and he loves to work with organically grown grapes.
